We are committed to identifying energy saving opportunities for our client’s portfolio and offer professional energy audits conducted by  our specialist technical team.

How do we do?

We actively monitor energy consumption levels and devise ways to achieve operational savings, such as review operating hours of equipment such as lifts and lighting, or equipment and systems design vis-à-vis demand; introduce energy efficient materials such as energy saving light bulbs or other innovative ideas, and actively support local environmental initiatives.
