Franco Liu

Franco Liu is the Managing Director of Savills (Macau) Limited and a member of Board of Director of Savills (Hong Kong) Limited.

He is responsible for the overall business development of Savills Macau covering investment, leasing, valuation and property management sectors.  

In addition to actively take part in business development and providing advisory service to listed companies, developers and overseas investment funds, Franco has gained a wealth of experience and insight in property markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He then tapped in to the market of Australia since 2015 and has achieved sound results by assisting clients in carrying out a great number of significant investment deals and large-scale real-estate projects.

Under Franco’s leadership, the investment team of Savills (Macau) Limited has retained its leadership of local property market for many years, while the valuation team is far ahead of other competitors in the city with a market share of consistently over 80%, playing as the market leader in Macau.
