Ms. Cindy Liu joined Savills in Year 2001 and now is the Head and Senior Director of the Valuation Department in Macau.
She works extensively on feasibility studies and valuations of development sites and different properties for litigation, accounting, financing, disposal, listing and company disclosure in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited etc. She also takes part in the formulation of price lists of residential developments and conducting presentations to developers and financial institutions.
As the leader of a professional team, Ms. Liu commits to the further development and reinforcement of the valuation team of Savills Macau, as well as professional and dedicated services to clients.
