Tanvi Choksi, Chief People Officer for Savills Asia Pacific, brings over 20 years of global HR leadership experience spanning real estate, hospitality, professional services, FMCG, and automotive sectors. Based in Mumbai, she leads the firm’s people strategy across 16+ markets, enabling growth, transformation, talent development and employee experience across the Asia Pacific region.
She is responsible for organizational design, leadership development, HR technology transformation, and inclusion strategy, ensuring Savills continues to attract, retain, and empower the best talent. Her work emphasizes building future-ready skills, embedding a culture of trust, and aligning people practices with business growth priorities.
Before joining Savills, Tanvi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., where she helped shape the people strategy for India’s leading vacation ownership company during a period of strong growth in the hospitality sector.
Previously, she was CHRO for JLL Asia Pacific, where she oversaw HR for over 40,000 employees across 18 countries, driving M&A integration, culture-building programs, leadership pipelines, and HR technology adoption. Her earlier career included senior HR roles at Johnson & Johnson, Monsanto, and Tata Motors.
Tanvi is highly business and solution oriented, with a strong passion for developing talent and enabling business growth. She is recognized for her ability to manage complexity, inspire teams, and deliver impactful transformation at scale.
