Water develops feelings of calm, relaxation, freedom, or becomes quickly dramatic, to calmly subside - like a dance. We wanted to deliver an engaging waltz of harmonious sensation and warm emotions by the river.”

The lighting design provides a pleasant and welcoming feel with each functional area having its own clear yet complementing style. Subliminally experiencing harmony in this way nurtures feelings of wellbeing, security and belonging. The Club House and swimming pools use carefully layered light to achieve a sense of joy and vibrancy. Green landscaped areas enhanced by up lighting transform nature into magical sculptures, while in private gardens and BBQ areas, lighting allows feelings of calm in gently secluded retreats.
