Why is Fulham appealing for Renters ?

When a person looks for a place to call home, what do they consider as things to look out for? The transport connections? The shops, restaurants, bars? And more importantly these days is access to outdoor space?

Fulham is a quiet residential area with green spaces, the river and easy access into Central London. It has long been attracting families and individuals with its variety of houses and flats on offer, the first-class education and the amenities for daily life.

For those parents looking for schools for their children’s education, there are many top performing schools and distinguished universities in the area. For example, Thomas’s Battersea (attended by Prince George and Princess Charlotte), Kensington Prep School, Lady Margaret School and Imperial College.
